Deep Sadness...
Feb. 27th, 2012 was a sad day here.
Parents sent their children off to school.
One choose to do a senseless act.
Five others injured, Two have died from those injuries.
Hundreds affected.
Here in Ohio, Chardon is a small communtity,
one where you would think this could never happen.
I am tired of kids killing kids.
I am praying for all involved
included the shooter, who surely must be
a lost soul.
I am praying for the parents of the two boys who lost their lives.
I am praying for the parents of the two boys and one girl still in the hospital.
I am praying for the parents of the young boy who took a gun to school.
When will this end?

Would I... Could I?
Would I.
Could I attend a BABY SHOWER?
The invite came.
It read...
you could not.
would not.
want to miss...
A BABY SHOWER
as fun as this!
Meigan, her daughter Erin, daughter in law Katie,
and future daughters in law Kristin, and Halle,
along with a friend Carolyn,
put together
the sweetest baby shower for Katie!
Here's Katie at 31 weeks, looking RADIANT~
along with her Mom!
The nursery is done in CAT IN THE HAT~
ready for a new baby to slumber!
Centerpieces were diaper cakes
adorned with YOU KNOW WHO!
Gifts were also dressed with
little characters!
Cupcakes made to remind us
of ONE FISH, TWO FISH...
and that whimsical little hat!
Thanks you favor cards, letting us know
a donation was made in our honor
for a special little baby Grace~
who needs our help and prayers.
The expectant new Mommy...
holding her precious baby M,
cradled already in her arms!
No one knows.
It will be a surprise.
Girl or Boy
Something that begins with an
M...
Red Fish, Blue Fish,
I am only slightly disappointed that the baby will
NOT be named DIANA...
I will forever treasure that Katie, at a young age,
did name a baby doll after me!
So excited to hear the really big news
in a very few weeks~

Dinner, Music and Fun!
Beckie invited us over for dinner yesterday~
The girls were excited to see their Papa after his long trip to Florida!
Silly girls at the dinner table.
They reminded Dave and I of two other little girls,
who would act silly at the dinner table
then loose total control and end up laughing so
hard that we would make them leave the table!
Ha!
Some things never change!
We had a nice dinner together!
Then the girls were ready to share their love of music with us!
Sarah, who prefers to practice piano standing, played a few songs for us!
I love this girl with all my might!
Her little glasses and her little pursed lips
melt my heart!
Then Molly made us guess all her songs!
Her Mommy and Daddy are very good at knowing
"Open A"
&
"Mississippi Hotdog"
Sarah knew "Waiting for the Ice Cream Truck"
All great little songs!
I am in love with little Miss Molly too!
I realized yesterday for the first time that Molly isn't just
Sarah's baby sister anymore...
She is so grown up to me all of the sudden!
Molly was REALLY happy to see her Papa.
I think she sat, climbed and hugged him the entire night long!
We played Guess Who?
Animal and People version!
And we played Headbands!
Molly was really funny during this game because she would
look around at our heads while asking her questions
and she would say "Am I a ....
WHAT EVER WAS ON OUR HEADS!"
We had to change cards numerous times!
She would give hints
and totally give away the answer!
We laughed so hard all night!
Sarah had I am a DUCK
She asked questions...
A lot of questions...
Then finally shouted...
"Am I a DUCK"
YES~ we answered!
Then she put her card back in the box, sat down, stood back up
and reached in the box for another card!
"What's so funny?"

Let's Go RoughRiders!
Sarah and Molly did a Cheer Camp last week at Western Reserve.
I took Molly to school at 3:15 for practice before the 5:15 show in the gym.
I waited with Mrs Walton while she did some tutoring!
Here she is reading to some students before they did a project on the book!
Beckie is so great at engaging kids! I loved watching her in action.
We headed to the gym and met with Donny and his mom, Carol.
Here's Molly walking ...
She is behind the first Cheerleader/Instructor, wearing her new shirt that is so
long it covered her shorts!
See Molly?
Front row, first girl on the left!
See Sarah?
Second row, last girl on the right!
Love them!
"Hey Girl, do your THANG"
Ready for the bow...
Molly has certainly perfected her bow... head down, bend low.
Miss Molly, her violin teacher, taught her well!
How about the little friend on the left?
Ha! Too cute!
Bridget came in on Tuesday night for a drs. apt on Wednesday for Cayden.
He tripped and hurt his foot but Bridget was thinking it was ok, but he was still limping on it
so a trip to Dr. Ballock was in order! Time for a check up on his feet too!
The doctor does think he may have fractured but that he is on his way to being
healed up so just gave Bridget a walking boot for Cayden.
He also casted him for impressions for some orthotic braces for
his fallen arches to put off surgeries for a while!
Cayden says he choose "CAMO braces!"
Mya has been walking around a lot of furniture lately!!
She is making great strides since I saw her last~ What a big girl!
She will talk your head off~ just like her brother did at that age.
She blows my mind the things she says, she is so smart!
Bridget and Cayden having some snuggle time!
"Jew... Meme. Pease!"
That's juice, I learned!
We went shopping and got some new bathing suits for Florida!
Here's Mya showing off her new beach shoes!
And her new bathing suit!
Cayden says..." Look at Meme Mya"
"Say Cheese!"
Dr. Ballock told Bridget~
"You sure do make cute kids!"
I agree!
Here's Mya in her new matching cover up!
What a doll baby!
Here is her latest trick!
Hey Mya...
Do the booty dance!
She gets her butt up in the air...
and
SHAKES
IT!
