Notes...

Notes are all over my house.
Notes to remind me to take this or take that with me
to Florida!

I am taking my Elephant and my Monkey gem
along for the car ride to Florida!
Check out the cute little miniatures Beckie and the girls
painted for me!
Layla, Mya, Cayden, Molly and Sarah
all in a row!

Love them!

Molly and Sarah have been "posing" again
with their Old Navy family and friends!

I am enjoying the beautiful pear trees lining our street
while they are in full bloom!
Almost hate to leave before they turn!

I met Bridget halfway to pick up this package...
I opened his car door when they pulled into the Taco Bell
parking lot where we meet and
I was greeted with this face
full of excitement to "hit the road" to Florida!

We are off on Wednesday!
Let's hope I remember everything!

Camo boy!

Cayden and Mommy came into town yesterday to
pick up his new "camo" orthotics for his feet!
He choose camo and they really look cute!
They are low profile on his ankle so that if he falls
they would not cause a fracture to his upper legs.
He needs these for support of his feet since Dr. Ballock
cannot do surgery because of Cayden's lack ligaments
due to his OI.
He is not too thrilled with these and says, "they hurt"
but we must be insistent that he wear them!
It is amazing how is walk pattern changes when they are on!

Poor little guy~ having to deal with 2 issues!
Club feet and OI
He is one tough little boy!

Today Molly came to play.
We have two new friends...
Ken and Barbie
or as Molly likes to call them
Carson and Kristin!
They were ready to swim so
Molly set them up in the kitchen sink~
They really made a big splash!
After swimming, she treated Kristin to a shampoo!

But then Carson wanted in on the action too!
He was so embarrassed I saw him that he
took a nose dive into the pool!
Guess who is coming to Florida with us?

That's right~
Carson and Kristin!

Some one is growing up too fast~

Sarah Rosie
I want her to always love dresses from the second hand store!
I want her to always love funky little shoes...
"They will go with everything Meme, they are purple!"
I want her to always love to spend time with her Meme~
no matter what we are doing!
I want her to always remember she is beautiful
at 6
and
will still be when she is 15!
I want her to always know she is my Giraffe Gem,
the first gem I ever had!
I want her to always know she can come to her Meme
for unconditional love!
Because I love her up to God~
I want her to always love posing for my camera,
and to keep making signs for everything
that matters to her!
I want her to always remember to skip through life~
She jump roped her way out of our neighborhood to
the club for dinner with me!
She sat like a little lady at dinner.
We talked about school
and her friends.
I want her to always know love and kindness
from her peers.
I want her to keep this feeling of glee in her heart!
I want her to know she is adored!
And
I want her to
STOP
growing up so fast!

Sarah missed her little sister, Molly, so much over the weekend.
Molly was at Grandma Carols.
Sarah decided to make something nice for Molly because I gave her
a giraffe bookmark and didn't have one for Molly.
She made her an Elephant~
which is Molly gem sign from me!
This girl has a big heart!
She wrote Molly a note...
It read...
March 18th 2012
Dear Molly, I got
a metal giraffe.  I really
felt bad for you.  So to
fix that problem, I made
you a paper elephent.
Hey, want to know a
secret?  Way bigger
than my giraffe!
I love you bunches!
Sarah, your only loving sister.

How amazing to me, that this little girl could be
so like her mommy.

Sarah did cry herself to sleep on Friday night, missing her Mommy, Daddy and sister.
It was the first time I could not console her...
Meme wasn't "good" enough for the first time.
Meme cried that night too.

My little giraffe is growing up~
