He's Back....

                                                 That makes me a HAPPY girl!

You start with one little princess...

It starts with one little princess, who believes in the magic of loves one true kiss!! Hey, who doesn't believe in that?? First off,  you study another princess, you watch her skip, dance and sing her way thru life. It looks easy...the little princess is sure she can be just like the one in the movie, especially since Giselle became real in the great movie called ENCHANTED! She starts off being a cartoon character but soon finds herself in New York city...a "real" girl. My little princess says "Just like me, right Mem?"

Of course, you will need some princess shoes first.  So off to the Disney Store we went.  Since we had time to spare,  we stopped and played at the mall playground first.  Little cars, slides, you get the picture.  Fun for any one 3 or 2 years old.  We played a while and I said ... Time to go to the Disney Store!  Sarah looked and me and said "I thought this was the Disney Store?" You have to love that!!!  We get the shoes!

Now the princess must really study all the dance moves.  She practices dancing, and learns the song...How will you know he loves you?"!  The princess is a quick study and she is off and twirling around the room belting out her newly learned lyrics!!

Still, she often looks back to the tv to be sure she has all the right moves.  The song ends.  The princess checks, out of the corner of her eye, to be sure someone is watching!   "Can we do it again?", she will ask and I will rewind this movie for the 15th time so the princess can keep practicing because we all know it takes alot of work to be a "real life princess"!!

And that is how I spent my weekend...how about you?

Back to School...

It's that time again..Craft College!!  My instructor tells me the things I try are GREAT!!  Who is she kidding?  I try my best,  I feel creative, I work hard at it...but still it never looks the way I hoped it would-whatever it is!!!  I love my instructor, she is patient and kind!!  She always says..."It may not be perfect, but it is made with love"!  You gotta love that!  So I do!!  Won't you join us??  Check it out here....craftcollege.blogspot.com

I'm BACK....

Yes it's true...got my new computer and I am ready to rock and roll, to let the good times roll, to kill two birds with one stone, to ...oh I think you get the idea!!!  Let's see what's been going on since my last visit...Just a cute little family picture...the Waltons.  Donny, Beckie, Sarah, and Molly.  This was taken a few days before Beckie left for Arizona!  Yes... it has come and gone...her really big Marathon.  Beckie ran the whole thing...she did a great job!!

She already has big plans to run another in May!!   It is true that when you run one...you are hooked and you just have to run and run and run....!!!!  I wonder...should I try it???  I am thinking about it...I wonder if I could???

Donny had a BIG BIRTHDAY!!  Oh yes,  he is 30 now!  They had fun celebrating with brownies that Sarah said were just so yummy!!!

And then a few days later...my baby girl Bridget turned 26!!  We watched little Cayden over night so Cyle could take Bridget out to dinner and a movie.  We all had a great time!!

OH YEAH...ABOUT THAT GINGER BREAD HOUSE.....

It finally got built!!!  It was the house that Sarah and Molly built...It was so nice...

Sarah said...."yes, mem, its a nice one alright!'!!

Oh the joys of the computer....

NOT!!! My relic has finally bit the dust. Just will not kick on...Posting from Dave's private computer...I am, however, searching for the right replacement so I can get back into blogging!! Hope to be back up and running soon!!

I left them watching WORD WORLD to check my email and when I returned I found this...Sarah helping Cayden to read! Sarah loves to read and she said Cayden needs to learn too!! She is a bright one, isn't she?? Oh my Kit and Caboodle...I love them all!!
