Dave does not have any faith in me, when it comes to growing anything.

It looks so nice on my deck... so BIG!!
We planted strawberries, peppers, cucumbers, basil, oregano, tomatoes, and radishes, to name a few!
It's a good thing Danny is living with us for a few months before he heads out to Colorado... These things might actually have a chance of survival!! Keep your fingers crossed!Meanwhile,

Ok. Lots of words because I just can't stop at one! I LOVE the raised planter. I can't wait to see all that you get from it as the plants and herbs grow!

I think your planter is gorgeous... maybe all you needed for success was a bit of encouragement and that awesome planter box... however... my 'black thumb' would need a whole lot more than that.
